Welcome to Justin Mein Photography. By accessing or using the website justinmeinphotography.com (the “Site”) and purchasing products from our online print store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Us
Justin Mein Photography is a fine art and commercial photography print store based in Los Angeles, California. We sell premium wall art prints of original photographic works. All photographs are the exclusive intellectual property of Justin Mein Photography.
2. Products
We offer fine art photographic prints available as wall art in a variety of sizes and formats. Product descriptions, dimensions, and materials are listed on each product page. We make every effort to accurately represent colors and finishes; however, final appearance may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and the print substrate chosen.
All prints are made to order. Production begins upon receipt of your confirmed payment.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law.
We accept payment via credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.
4. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed and produced in the order they are received. Because our prints are made to order, please allow adequate production time before your order ships. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase or upon request.
We ship to the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our store pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, undamaged condition
- You must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Custom or heavily discounted items may not be eligible for return — this will be noted on the product page where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
6. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All photographs, images, content, and designs on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Justin Mein Photography and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
When you purchase a print, you are purchasing a physical reproduction of the artwork for personal, non-commercial display only. Your purchase does not include:
- Any copyright, license, or intellectual property rights to the underlying photograph
- The right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the image
- The right to use the image for commercial purposes, advertising, or resale
Unauthorized reproduction or use of any content from this Site is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Justin Mein Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
