Print Size Guide: Choosing the Right Size

Most prints in the shop come in six standard sizes, from a 12×8 desk print at $60 to a 24×36 statement piece at $235. A few panoramas are offered in three wide-format sizes instead, up to 72×24. Standard sizes and pricing: 12×8 is $60, good for a desk, shelf, or small gallery wall accent. 12×18 is $85, suited to small wall spaces and hallways. 16×20 is $125, standard wall art above furniture. 18×24 is $185, a living room or bedroom focal point. 20×30 is $200, a large focal wall. 24×36 is $235, a statement piece for high ceilings and open walls. Panorama sizes and pricing: 36×12 is $185, good above a couch, headboard, or long hallway wall. 60×20 is $285, for long open walls or over a media console. 72×24 is $345, a full-width statement wall. A simple rule of thumb: the farther you’ll stand from a print, the larger it should be. A 12×8 or 12×18 works well up close, on a desk, a bookshelf, a small reading nook. Once you’re hanging something you’ll view from across a room, 18×24 and up start to read properly at a distance, and 20×30 or 24×36 hold their own on a large or high wall.
